Here are questions we commonly get asked - hopefully it's helpful and if there is anything else you need - shoot us an email admin@srvsgear.com or a message on social media ...or even text us (801) 310-7400.  

1- How much is shipping? 

We keep shipping costs as low as possible..often eating part of your shipping costs ourselves.  Only $4.95 for 1 item, $6.95 for multiples under $50.00 and FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.00

2- Can I return or exchange my gear?

Absolutely! As long as it is unworn and within 30 days of receiving it.  We'll even cover your second set of shipping for an exchange. All we ask is that you ship your item to return/exchange back to us at PO Box 273 Salem, UT 84653  If you'd like an exchange just include a note with what you'd like exchanged.  Once we get your package we'll ship your exchange out (on us!) asap and email you new tracking.  

If you'd like a return (we've only had 2 returns in over 25,000 customers!) just ship it back to us and let us know you'd like a refund.  Easy as that we'll refund your order - we don't even charge a restocking fee ;).  Your risk of trying the gear is virtually none! 

3- How does the Buy 1, Give 1 work? 

When you buy a shirt you will have the option to pick a size for your FREE giveback shirt. That shirt is an exclusive design we don't let just anyone wear - it's for veterans and first responders as a thanks and recognition for their service and sacrifices.  We are honored to deliver this shirt for you if you'd prefer, but we'd rather include this special shirt with your order for you to personally deliver! So you get to choose who it goes for and actually make a difference for someone you know! 

4- How long will it take to get my order? 

We hate to wait for orders just like you so we do our best to ship orders within 24 hours!! You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it ships with your tracking information.  If you ever have questions you can send us an email admin@srvsgear.com or text us and we do our best to respond daily to any questions we are asked.
